Hi Guys … Had a few hiccups this week but things are starting to iron out now and the best news to come is that my mum is coming to visit me next week for two whole weeks.  I really can’t wait!!

Anyway - if there is ANYONE out there who can understand Brazilian Portuguese and can get their mits on these Oracle Cards, ‘Baralho De Cartas Ciganas’, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE get me a pack or two.  The only place you can buy them is from Brazilian websites - I have emailed a few in English but none have responded!

Hi everyone.  Thank you for all your wonderful Birthday messages and thank you also to all those who really pulled out the stops and sent me something special.  I have to admit I was wallowing and revelling in being a real spoilt brat for a day!

So what has happened in the past few weeks?  Jeezus where do I start…. firstly my trip to the UK - that was absolutely amazing. I met up with my half brother whom I had never met before (long story).  I stayed at my mum’s and we had a really lovely family time.  No kids, no partners - just family.  I have to say it was the best Birthday I have ever had!

Then I return to the Fatherland and am faced with my father-in-law in intensive care following an operation to remove a 15cm tumour in his bowel… 15cm!!! How the heck he managed to sit down let alone crap, is beyond me … He is still quite poorly but the outlook is positive.

For those few of you who know about my son’s condition, it is getting worse.  This is normal for this type of disease and so once it has run it’s course, his bone will start regrowing again.  The time in between as in “now”, is quite challenging and I seem to have a permanent fixture in the local hospitals.

My pup is now 4 and a half months old and is already thigh high.  He is a true blessing and has taken the edge off the illnesses and problems of late.  Although I have to admit the extra work is hefty.  There used to be a time when I would be online ’til 11pm or so … these days I conk out around 9pm!  But it’s all good!

I am still doing orders for my regulars, I won’t be giving that up anytime soon.  However, I really honestly do not have much time to email much.  I will write when I can but there are just not enough hours in the day at the moment with so much happening.  I know you all understand - you are all so great!
